Return and Exchange policy FAQ

We offer returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY + no restocking fees! We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our returns policy.

SHIPPING
U.S. Shipping: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, Fed-Ex or UPS within 2-4 business days of your order date. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an emailed shipping confirmation with tracking information for your package.

Shipping Rates
$7 FLAT RATE 

We want you to love your item as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied, your UNWORN, STILL TAGGED, UNUSED AND FREE OF SCENTS (ex: smoke or perfume scents) item(s) items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of original purchase date WITH A RECEIPT PRESENT.

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to store credit, which is directly given to you on a gift card for in-store purchases or emailed to you through an e-gift card if you purchased online. Gift cards are Redeemable online and in store and you will get your credit via email.

 What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimates
  • Beauty products
  • Sale items 

All sale items and store-wide sales are final sale unless otherwise noted. Gifts may be eligible for store credit or exchange only with a gift receipt. Items that have been damaged from being incorrectly washed or damaged due to wear & tear are not considered to be faulty and therefore not eligible for return.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) within 48 hours. Please allow 5-7 business days to see a refund.

Please Note...
All Sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Lost or stolen packages...

*Heritage-Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while they are in transit. All tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS ,UPS or Fed-Ex customer service (contact whichever shipping provider was used).


The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping cost.

If we receive any item in an unsellable condition, you will be notified and the items will be returned to you.

Please include the original packing slip or full name and order number with your items when you mail them back.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.

 

You may also return your item(s) to our store. The return will then be processed through our through our POS system. 


EXCHANGES 
We cannot process exchanges. A new order must be placed on our website. Place a new order with the item you would like, which will be processed and shipped, and once we receive the returned item, and it is accepted, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
