Exchange Policy (No Refunds)
Heritage Boutique offers an exchange-only policy. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online orders).
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Free of stains, odors, damage, makeup, deodorant, or pet hair
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Exchangeable / Final Sale Items
- Beauty, skincare, cosmetics
- Earrings, hats, intimates
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items labeled “Final Sale”
- Seasonal or holiday items
Online Exchange Process
- Email heritageboutqiueny@outlook.com with your order number and the item you want to exchange.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Heritage Boutique is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos. We will provide an exchange or store credit.
